This is a huge, thick, lifesize, realistic slab of meat. the hindquarters is about 3 feet long, 2 feet thick and 2 feet wide, and covers the area of a side of beef from the neck stump to the bottom of the ribcage.  The reverse side also has the shoulder and bit of leg stump
