Our shipping provider is FedEx and we offer the following shipping methods:
Please note that FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours during the business week. We do not process or ship internet orders on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot process orders or ship on shipping holidays (i.e. 4th of July, Thanksgiving, etc.). You will be notified by a staff member if any order requires 4 or more business days to process.
Any expedited orders placed on a business day before noon PST will be shipped the same business day. Any expedited order placed during the weekend or after noon PST on a business day will be shipped the following business day. It is recommended that any orders needed in 48 hours or less be confirmed by calling us at 818-771-0818 during business hours.
We are not responsible for on-time delivery by FedEx or any damages made during shipping by FedEx. Please file any claims directly with FedEx. If you would like to insure your delivery for an additional fee, please contact us at (818) 771-0818 to arrange and pay for shipping insurance.
Our website can only process orders shipping to U.S. addresses online at this time. Please email us at customcorpse@yahoo.com if you’re interested in placing an international order.
We accept the following payment methods online: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
You may exchange or return for a refund or a store credit (less shipping charges) any defective merchandise purchased online. We must be notified within 3 business days of receipt if the item is to be returned. Please call (818) 771-0818. No returns on non-defective merchandise.
Please note, we are not responsible for shipping on returned merchandise. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
We collect sales tax for orders with a shipping address in California. Standard sales tax rates apply.
